For over a decade, parents Andy and Vicky have been hiding their daughter Charlie from a federal agency that wants to weaponize her ability to create fire. Andy has taught her to suppress it — but as Charlie turns 11, the power grows harder to contain. When an incident exposes the family's location, a mysterious operative is sent to seize Charlie once and for all. Charlie has other plans.
